"Susan L. Stepputtis made a convincing Sister Robert Anne, a streetwise ex-gang member who wants her students to avoid the mistakes she made as a teenager. Stepputtis not only captures the character's irreverence and defiance of authority, but also her tenderness and faith as summarized in the hauntingly nostalgic song, "Growing Up Catholic".

Susan L. Stepputtis is delightful as Abby Brewster, a sweet maiden aunt whose hobby is helping lonely men die a happy death with the aid of poisoned elderberry wine. With flawless comic timing and childlike exuberance, Stepputtis makes her character's madness seem hilariously normal. This play gets my highest recommendation.
